Should’ve added this to my post about Philly/South Street… This is me standing in front of the place where we played our very first show in Philly back in 2005. It’s been since shut down and renamed. It was called The Pontiac Grille. Everyone’s played there… Nirvana, Jimmy Eat World, you name it. And we got to play there too! I can be a pathetically nostalgic person, so you can imagine my disappointment when I went back to find that they had closed it down. But I’m mostly just thankful that I made some good memories there before it went away. Ps, lugging our amps and gear up their steep and narrow staircase was a bitch. won’t be missing that!
